I had a very good stay at this hotel. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms were well-maintained. the hotel staff were friendly and the cleaning staff did a great job. Even though there was a language barrier as no one spoke English, it didn't take away from the overall experience.
The lack of English-speaking staff could be a drawback for some guests.

My new year stay was great! The hotel was incredibly clean, with comfortable rooms and fine meals. The staff was friendly and the cleaning staff did an excellent job. One of the best aspects was the location, which was near all the main attractions. The other great feature was the impressive Wi-Fi connection. It was faster than any other hotel I have ever stayed in.
The staff did not speak English. I expected to have a problem, so I made the effort to learn some basic Chinese phrases before my arrival.

The rooms were relatively clean and comfortable. the location is central to the city and close to many attractions. the hotel staff were friendly and attentive to our needs.
The language barrier was an issue as not one staff member spoke English. the food quality was not up to standard and the overall ambiance of the restaurant was uninviting.
